Following are detailed travel directions for the last 48kms from St. Yves to Seymour Arm, the road becomes a forestry gravel road for approx. 45 kms to the village of Seymour Arm. Here are some indicators:

If you set your odometer to 0 in St. Yves, where the gravel road starts:

•at 32KM, you will see the old sawmill on the left just past yellow marker 31, turn right (red arrow).
•At 41.1KM, turn right again (yellow marker 41) to cross 2nd bridge (narrow lane)
•Go straight until at 43KM (open fields on the left, farm) you reach an important crossing (Seymour Arm Bay Rd)
•Turn left (Sunny Waters Cabins Sign). From here it is another 5.5KM to our cabins, If you went straight here, you would arrive at the village of Seymour Arm, where you will find Daniels Store, the boat launching ramp, the Waterfront Pub)
•At 45KM turn right, go straight
•at 47KM you reach another important turnoff, turn right (Sunny Waters Cabins/Cafe Sign just prior to the intersection), you are almost there. Please drive slowly, in about 1.5KM you will see the "Welcome to Sunny Waters" sign.
Boating; If you decide to arrive by boat, there are several marinas where you can launch your boat and leave your vehicle in Sicamous, Scotch Creek or Anglemont. We recommend that you  to contact  the marinas  beforehand to ensure parking is available and to find out their parking, storage, launching rates, etc.

We do not have a boat launch at Sunny Waters. If you drive in with your boat and trailer, you can launch it at the government dock next to the Pub in Seymour Arm.  There is a large dock and one buoy for moorage at the cabins.

Craigellachie (Perry River Road) This is an active forestry road, caution and vehicle clearance, i.e. SUV, is critical.

This road is not recommended, there is no longer anywhere to check condition of the road.
