To hold a reservation we require a deposit of

HS = High Season: from June 27th to September 6th 2010
High Season weekly rentals only: Sunday--Sunday
LS = Low Season: until June 26th and from September 7th 2010
Pets upon request and acceptance by management only, and at an extra
charge of $ 45.00 per pet per week.
Balance is due 45 days prior to arrival.
Credit Card required for damage deposit.
Taxes not included in the rates below.
